LANDASAN PENGEMBANGAN DESAIN PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI SEKOLAH LANJUTAN

Teach mathematics is not easy because we are also not easy to find students in learning mathematics. It is not there a best way to teach mathematics, (Jaworski, 1994:83).

In teaching and learning activities that teachers have difficulty handling differences in ability
mathematics of the
their students. NEM achieving the high target and completion of the syllabus is two main factors why teachers seemed to have no other alternative in teaching mathematics except only rely method of exposition. besides other difficulties is to develop learning technologies mathematics. The accumulation of the situation has caused students are less likely math lesson.
Mathematics is an activity search the pattern and the relationship. The implication of this view of the efforts of teachers are:
  • gives students the opportunity to perform discovery and investigation activities polapola to determine the relationship.
  • provide an opportunity for students to experiment with different ways.
  • Encourage students to discover the existence of sequence, difference, comparison, grouping, etc.
  • Encourage students to draw general conclusions.
  • Help students understand and find understanding of the relationship between the other
Teaching Preparation Phase
  • Planning learning environment mathematics
  • Determining the necessary teaching resources
  • Plan activities that are flexible
  • plan the physical environment of learning of mathematics.
  • Involve students in creating mathematics learning environment
  • Develop students' social environment
  • Plan activities to work together.
  • Encourage students mutual respect.
  • Tracing student feelings about mathematics
  • Develop mathematical models.
